- 1 head of broccoli, cut into big florets
- 2 tbsp Green Chilli Theccha
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- Salt and black pepper powder, to taste
The Method (Description)
- In a bowl, combine the broccoli florets with the Green Chilli Theccha, hung curd, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
- Let the broccoli marinate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.
- Bake the marinated florets in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, or grill them on low heat until they are tender.
