  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into big florets
  • 2 tbsp Green Chilli Theccha
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and black pepper powder, to taste

The Method (Description)

  • In a bowl, combine the broccoli florets with the Green Chilli Theccha, hung curd, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  • Let the broccoli marinate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.
